With the Innovation Union as one of the seven Flagship Initiatives of Europe 2020 ahead, we would like to present the 2009 ITIF publication "The Atlantic Century" that benchmarks EU and US innovation & competitiveness, against each other and against others. The Information Technology and Innovation Foundation questions many mainstream findings and outlines an agenda for innovation.
