Europe 2020 Integrated Guidelines

The Commission has drafted a proposal for a Council resolution on Integrated Guidelines for the implementation of Europe 2020. While Guidelines 7-10 tackle employment issues, Guidelines 1-6 should fall into the economic policy domain, i.e. the stricter surveillance regime of Art 121 (Treaty of Lisbon). Guideline 4 deals with research policy issues and the knowledge triangle, at large.
