This document is based on the reporting duties of SFIC as stated in the “Mandate for CREST Concerning a Strategic Forum for International S&T Cooperation”. Accordingly, progress is reported on achieving the realisation of the objectives of the European Partnership between the Commission and the Member States. The report covers activities during the period from 18 February 2009 to 12 February 2010.
