Innovation Union
Innovation Union is one of the seven flagship initiatives aiming at implementing the priorities of the Europe 2020 Strategy. "Smart growth - developing an economy based on knowledge and innovation" is one of these three priorities.
"Innovation" here is meant in a broad sense and follows an integrated approach. It covers the whole innovation chain: education and training; science, research and technological development; innovation. But also creativity and cultural diversity should be considered.
An interactive diagram guides you through the areas of action and informs you on schedules, responsible actors and Austrian contact persons for each of the 34 committments.
