From 13th to 30 th September 2011 the European Commission conducted a public consultation on the "ERA Framework - Areas of untapped potential for the development of the European Research Area (ERA)". It aimed at gathering views and evidence from stakeholders on the key obstacles which have to be tackled to achieve a well-functioning ERA. The contributions received can be found here:
