Science Diplomacy between Scientific Collaboration and Realpolitik

EuroScience – the European Association for the Advancement of Science and Technology in collaboration with the Committee for Education, Science, Culture, Human Rights and Petitions of the Senate of the Parliament of the Czech Republic have the pleasure to invite you to an international conference which will debate the current state of “Science Diplomacy between Scientific Collaboration and Realpolitik“.

The event is organised in the framework of the Czech Presidency of the EU Council.

The conference features two panels with four international speakers each. The first panel will discuss “Where is the place of science diplomacy in international collaboration?” and the second panel will look into “Science Diplomacy and Realpolitik: The war in Ukraine”.

The conference is FREE and will be held in person on December 13th in the senate of the Czech Parliament - Meeting Hall of Valdštejnský palác, Prague (places limited).

For those who cannot attend physically, the conference will be broadcasted with simultaneous interpretation to English. To watch online, please register to receive the live stream link.
