The European Big Data Value Forum (EDF) is a key European event for industry professionals, business developers, researchers, and policy makers to discuss the challenges and opportunities of the European data economy and data-driven innovation in Europe. The Big Data Value Association (BDVA) Summit has quickly grown into a renowned event for all stakeholders in the European data economy. The EDF and BDVA join forces at the European Big Data Value Forum (EBDVF) in Vienna for the second time after Paris in 2017.

The goal of the EBDVF is driving research and development, while at the same time enabling the growth of the European data economy.

The topics of the EBDVF event are a sub-set of the Imagine Digital (ICT 2018) event in December. Both EBDVF and Imagine Digital are events in the area of digitisation.
