Implementation Framework for the EU Horizon Europe Missions in Austria

In March 2023, the Federal Government's RTI Task Force passed a resolution to adopt an "Implementation Framework for the EU Horizon Europe Missions in Austria". In addition to the recommendations of five expert groups for each EU mission (Mission Action Groups), this implementation framework contains the declarations of intent of the relevant RTI and sectoral ministries as well as the central RTI institutions pursuant to the Research Funding Act, which forms an initial orientation guide for concrete implementation measures for each EU mission. The "Implementation Framework" represents a strategy document, which is concretised by five action plans, one for each of the five EU missions.
