Partnership Knowledge Hub

Partnerships are a key component of the new European Research Area as they allow aligning research programmes in Europe. Horizon Europe puts forward a more coherent, transparent and strategic approach to European Partnerships, including common life-cycle criteria for the selection, implementation, monitoring and phasing out of partnerships. A strategic coordinating process for European Partnerships is foreseen with the participation of Member States and the Commission on an equal footing.

Partnership Knowledge Hub is intended to make the strategic coordinating process operational by establishing a formal structure for collaboration between the Commission and the authorities responsible for the national coordination and participation in EU R&I partnerships from Member States and Associated Countries. The group’s role is to advise the Commission in the implementation of the strategic coordinating process for EU R&I partnerships, as well as to provide a forum for coordination and cooperation with Member States and related stakeholders.
