Neth-ER vision paper Cohesion Policy post-2020

Neth-ER’s vision paper on Cohesion Policy post-2020 is the third Neth-ER vision paper after the vision papers on FP9 and Erasmus+. It also builds on the Joint position of the national, regional and local governments of the Netherlands on the reform of the ESI funds post-2020. With this paper, Neth-ER would like to contribute to the discussion on the next Multiannual Financial Framework and its funding programmes.
