01DESCRIPTION

Research Ministers will approve 'conclusions on the importance of research and innovation for the EU Startup and Scaleup Strategy'. They also will approve 'conclusions on a call for action on life sciences for the Union’s competitiveness'. Another item on the agenda is the 'Horizon Europe Package: Framework Programme for Research and Innovation 2028-2034'. Ministers will debate a) the Framework Programme and its rules for participation and dissemination and b) the Specific programme implementing Horizon Europe. During lunch, ministers will discuss 'The future ambitions at EU level on research and technology infrastructures'.
